Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery across servers, networks, storage, cloud and security.

You will coordinate infrastructure, network, security and application teams, manage vendors, and ensure successful releases with proper BAU handover in line with SGX standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management or Infrastructure Delivery.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, execution and delivery.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
• Understanding of servers, storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, backup and DR.
• Experience with infrastructure migration, deployment, cutover and implementation activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem and change management processes.
• Familiarity with CAB approvals, SIT, UAT and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous.
• Exposure to SGX project governance and release readiness standards would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate resources and vendors for cabling, hardware movement and infrastructure activities.
• Establish project governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and steering committee updates.
• Provide regular status reports covering project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and potential delivery challenges.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive issue resolution across technical and business teams.
• Escalate critical blockers and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee the design, build, configuration and testing of infrastructure components.
• Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring, backup and DR components.
• Ensure technical deliverables comply with architecture and operational standards.
• Coordinate technical reviews, approvals and implementation sign-offs.
• Manage implementation schedules and maintenance windows.
• Coordinate CAB approvals and change management activities.
• Ensure implementation and rollback plans are documented and validated.
• Oversee cutover planning, infrastructure migration and deployment activities.
• Ensure smooth implementation with minimal operational disruption.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance, security and operational testing.
• Track defects, remediation activities and testing sign-offs.
• Ensure end-to-end validation across infrastructure domains.
• Ensure project documentation, operational procedures and runbooks are completed.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Operations and Support teams.
• Ensure all infrastructure configurations and deliverables are reviewed and signed off.
• Coordinate project kick-off activities and ensure relevant teams are engaged.
• Ensure release readiness requirements and SGX standards are met.
• Manage final project acceptance, closure approvals and proper BAU handover.
