Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server on Windows & UNIX.
• Knowledge of TSM Server and Client Options.
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Mail (Domino and Exchange).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge for IBM Spectrum Protect solutions.
• Perform billable services engagements including installation/implementation.
• Conduct technical training for Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge for IBM Spectrum Protect solutions and competitive solutions.
• Perform billable services engagements, including installation/implementation of IBM Spectrum Protect.
• Conduct technical training and educate Operations Team on IBM Spectrum Protect solutions and storage management.
• Support 24/7 shift operations.

Requirements:

• Experience with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server on Windows & UNIX.
• Knowledge of TSM Server and Client Options.
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Mail (Domino and Exchange).
• DRM implementation and management using Tivoli Storage Manager.
• Veritas NetBackup BAU operations for VM backup and recovery.
