Job summary

PrimePeak Group is expanding its core engineering team in Singapore to build a top-tier infrastructure platform for high-volume workloads. You will work on IaC, Kubernetes extension, Linux systems, and on-prem deployments, contributing to a reliable, scalable foundation.

The role emphasizes deep debugging, advanced Kubernetes usage (CRDs/Operators), and modern automation with Go/Python/Rust. Office on-site in Singapore; permanent resident status supported.

Qualifications

• Solid background in deep troubleshooting & analysis methodologies.
• Deep Kubernetes extension: CRDs and Operators using Go/Kubebuilder.
• Deep Linux & Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP/2, gRPC, DNS, eBPF.
• Proficient in Go, Rust, or Python with REST/gRPC APIs and microservices.
• IaC proficiency with Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi and Ansible.
• CI/CD mastery with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD; Git workflows and release strategies.
• HA techniques and resilient architecture knowledge.
• Debian-based Linux system administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Implement IaC to script and deploy core service configurations including load balancers and Kubernetes resources.
• Oversee virtualization and container orchestration across production Kubernetes environments.
• Administer Linux systems with automation tooling and custom scripts (Go likely).
• Provision on-prem hardware and virtual servers in data center environments.
• Audit and maintain hardware configuration records with automated processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, OS, virtualized and bare-metal layers.
• Set up and manage system monitoring, metrics collection, and alerting using Prometheus.
