Why Join

Imagine being part of a team that powers the technology behind one of Singapore’s longest established banks. As an Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Lead, you will lead the reliable operation, service quality, and lifecycle execution of infrastructure-supported cybersecurity platforms, while coordinating Infrastructure participation in new cyber initiatives and projects.

How you succeed

We are seeking an experienced technology operations leader to lead the Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support function. The role is accountable for the stable, reliable, and efficient delivery of run-the-bank support for cybersecurity platforms across endpoint, server, network, data protection, and related technology domains.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of approved security strategies, standards, and operating requirements through disciplined service management, platform lifecycle support, operational readiness, and effective coordination across Infrastructure, CISO, vendors, and application teams.

The role will also serve as the primary Infrastructure point of contact for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring that relevant infrastructure resources, technical dependencies, implementation support, and operational-readiness activities are coordinated for new capabilities and transformation programmes, including CDR 5.0 initiatives.

Cybersecurity platforms are operated reliably against agreed service commitments; routine support, patching, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting are consistently executed; service performance and risks are transparent; and Infrastructure provides coordinated, production-ready support for new cybersecurity capabilities and CDR 5.0 initiatives.

What you do
  • Lead the Infra CTS team responsible for day-to-day operational support of cybersecurity platforms and their supporting infrastructure.
  • Ensure cybersecurity technology services meet agreed service levels, availability targets, operational standards, and support commitments.
  • Own service quality across incident, problem, change, request, capacity, availability, continuity, and lifecycle-management processes.
  • Oversee agent deployment, upgrades, health monitoring, compatibility validation, rollout coordination, and remediation of coverage or version-compliance issues.
  • Coordinate operating systems, appliances, firmware, scanner-plugin, and supporting platform patching in accordance with approved standards and change processes.
  • Ensure approved security configurations and policy changes are deployed accurately, with appropriate validation, evidence, exception handling, and rollback readiness.
  • Provide L1 and L2 cyber technology support, including standard troubleshooting, service restoration, escalation management, and coordination with vendors or CISO security engineering teams for complex issues.
  • Maintain operational monitoring of service availability, platform health, infrastructure dependencies, jobs, interfaces, agent or sensor status, and other defined service indicators.
  • Oversee operational execution of approved Web and Endpoint DLP exceptions and other standard security-service requests in accordance with documented guidelines and approval requirements.
  • Ensure production of agreed service metrics, operational dashboards, coverage and version-compliance reporting, KRIs, SLA reporting, and management updates.
  • Establish clear team accountability, duty coverage, escalation paths, support procedures, operational controls, and service-review cadences.
  • Maintain complete and current inventories, support documentation, runbooks, SOPs, access records, dependency maps, vendor contacts, and recovery procedures.
  • Lead major operational escalations involving cybersecurity platforms, ensuring timely stakeholder communication, root-cause follow-up, and closure of corrective actions.
  • Coordinate Infrastructure resources and technical support for new cybersecurity initiatives and projects, including environment preparation, connectivity, server, endpoint, network, cloud, access, deployment, testing, and production-readiness activities.
  • Act as the central Infrastructure interface for CDR 5.0 and other strategic cyber programmes, consolidating infrastructure requirements, assigning support resources, tracking dependencies, and escalating delivery risks.
  • Ensure new or changed cybersecurity capabilities have clear operational acceptance criteria, support models, monitoring, documentation, training, and handover before production onboarding.
  • Partner with CISO security engineering teams, which define security strategy, architecture, policies, standards, and advanced engineering requirements, to ensure effective and sustainable operational execution.
  • Drive service improvement, standardisation, knowledge transfer, automation of repeatable operational work, and reduction of avoidable incidents.
Who you are
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, technology service management, cybersecurity technology support, platform operations, or related enterprise technology roles.
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure, cyber technology support, platform operations, or production-support teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational support for enterprise cybersecurity platforms across endpoints, servers, network security, data protection, vulnerability, SIEM, cloud, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated experience managing service availability, SLAs and OLAs, incident, problem, change, patching, lifecycle, capacity, monitoring, and operational risk processes.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional resources for technology initiatives, implementations, onboarding, migrations, and production-readiness activities.
  • Ability to translate technical standards and engineering requirements into repeatable operating procedures, measurable services, and sustainable support models.
  • Strong vendor, stakeholder, and escalation-management experience, including communication with senior technology and security leaders.
  • Experience operating in regulated, financial services, or other high-availability environments is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of audit, evidence, risk, control, business-continuity, disaster-recovery, and regulatory expectations for technology services.
  • Strong leadership, planning, prioritisation, communication, documentation, and people-management skills.
