Core Responsibilities
- Local implementation and execution of global TDU practices and policies.
- Locally supports the implementation of measures, planned through TDU tribes, to support the global TDU roadmap activities
- In line with respective TDU Location IT tribes, coordinates local TDU Location IT resources (including external providers and vendors) to implement local IT enhancements & new requirements, troubleshoot & resolve issues pertaining to their products & services.
- Oversees and supports that the respective entity follows defined TDU functional standards and governance, i.e. serves as local member of global tribes & squads and provides local support on issues related to infrastructure, network, server systems, workplace clients, applications, license management, etc.
- Manage daily operations & support for local IT systems, including but not limited to workplace clients, printers, servers, network infrastructure & IP voice solutions, in line with global TDU operating models.
- Collects, assesses and coordinates local IT requirements/needs including specification, prioritization and processing as part of the TDU Location IT governance and acts according to relevant demand management process on infrastructure, network, server systems, workplace clients, applications, license management, etc.
- Is accountable for the coordination of assessment of IT landscape and infrastructure for harmonization purposes which includes retirement of local solutions that are replaced by central solutions.
- Manage & resolve technical issues faced by users, in particular, customer-facing users (typically Sales & Delivery units, including TS Indonesia & DTGBSSG).
Requirements
- Possess bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or engineering and / or master’s degree in computer sciences or engineering (top rated universities).
- Possess a minimum of 8 – 10 years of related experience, thereof at least 4 years in the IT sector.
- Experienced field service engineer and working in complex organizational structures.
- Excellent knowledge in IT/(TC) Infrastructure, server systems, licence management, and new IT trends such as data management and AI.
- Experienced in designing and implementing IT processes.
- Strong project management skills and hands-on mentality.
