Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruitment Specialist at Idea Warehouse. The IT Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:

1. Finding job placements for clients.
2. Marketing clients' profiles to potential companies or staffing agencies, emphasizing their skills and availability.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with direct clients, staffing firms, and Tier-1 vendors to secure placement opportunities for clients.
4. Submitting suitable candidates to various job boards, staffing vendors, or directly to clients.
5. Ensuring all placements comply with UK labor laws and regulations, including right-to-work checks, visa sponsorships, and other legal requirements.
