Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple technology initiatives across the company. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder engagement and implementation. The ideal candidate has over five years of project management experience in IT domains, including software development, infrastructure, or systems. Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, coordination across cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of project management best practices in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define scope and requirements
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation strategies where needed
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) or apply Waterfall methodology as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, security policies, and MAS TRM requirements
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and handover activities with development and operations teams
  • Track project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and deliver status updates to senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Support ongoing process improvements through retrospectives and lessons learned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least five years of project management experience, preferably in IT project delivery
  • Prior technical experience (e.g., as a developer, systems administrator, QA, or DevOps) is preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps practices
  • Experience managing enterprise software implementations, cloud-based platforms, or IT infrastructure projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
  • Familiarity with MAS TRM guidelines and regulatory compliance in financial services is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The successful candidate can expect a competitive package that includes an attractive basic salary, annual bonus, variable bonus and staff share options. Please submit your detailed resume, including expected salary and contact number.
