Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to the company’s requirements.
2. Devise and establish software systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the company’s management.
3. Lead, mentor, and train the IT staff.
4. Provide training to company staff on software usage.
5. Liaise with external vendors regarding network-related matters and website hosting.
6. Develop and maintain all internal software systems and databases.
7. Support staff and maintain hardware systems (CCTV, PCs/Laptops/Printers, etc.).
8. Perform server maintenance and configurations.
9. Maintain internet and router systems.
