• Oversee and manage the Information Technology department, ensuring the effective execution of all IT-related functions and operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a well-structured IT organization, including defining team roles, job descriptions, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure that IT applications, systems, and infrastructure are fully aligned with the organization's business objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance for IT projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and meet all required functionalities and specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that IT solutions support and enhance overall business performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's IT strategy and operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in all IT activities and initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality IT services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient IT services and support.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree (Business IT, Information Systems Management or other similar disciplines is an advantage)
• 8-10 years of relevant IT experience either in application and/or infrastructure including managerial role experience
• Experience with public cloud is a strong advantage
