Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME, responsible for the architecture design, roadmap, and implementation of all change initiatives on the platform.
• Ensure timely delivery, perform inspections to ensure quality of the relevant documentation, artifacts, and work packages in accordance with the Bank’s SDLC and Agile processes.
• Work with solution architects, solution managers, and project managers to provide consultancy advice, inputs, and effort estimates for projects/CRs.
• Prepare technical documents, assess technical feasibility, and coordinate with internal team members to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with the Run-the-Bank organization to provide 3rd level support, gathering input on operational, non-functional requirements to ensure resilience, scalability, and high performance.
• Utilize programming methodologies and languages, adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques, and contribute to technical code documentation.
• Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed IT solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of development experience with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of systems and platforms.
• Hands-on experience in .Net, C#, IIS, SSL, Control-M.
• Experience with OOP, WinForms, UI design understanding, and experience.
• Proficient with relational databases such as Oracle and MS-SQL.
• Familiar with XML & JSON message formats, HTTP/HTTPS setup, file handling.
• Good understanding of MQ and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices in development and application integration.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps tools and processes (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git).
• Additional advantageous experience includes:
• Experience in Trading or Order Management Systems.
• Experience with Fix connectivity and Fix Protocol.
• Knowledge of FinIQ products.
