Overview:

We are hiring an IT Business Analyst to support the IT Trade Supply Chain workflow for front office and back office global application releases.

The incumbent will work with Product Managers and Operations users from APAC, EMEA, NAR, India, and Indonesia on requirements gathering, impact analysis, and functional specifications for enhancements and issues reported in production.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the business and operational objectives of new requirements are well defined.
• Perform systematic business analysis.
• Validate business requirements to align with business/operations needs, IT architecture, and security standards.
• Design functional solutions and user workflows, and document them.
• Develop and review functional specifications.
• Present requirements and proposed solutions to stakeholders for review and signoff.
• Develop scope and approach for SIT/UAT/NRT testing; guide testing teams in writing and reviewing test scenarios and cases; rationalize test cases as needed.
• Validate SIT test results and obtain signoff.
• Assist users in planning and executing UAT, analyzing defects, and prioritizing defect fixes.
• Document and review user manuals and release notes.
• Assist in providing tactical and strategic solutions for new client requirements.
• Support conversion and migration exercises where necessary.
• Perform functional analysis and propose solutions for production defects.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and CIB ITO APAC standards.
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to overall solution improvements.
