We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Application Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview: The IT Applications Manager leads the end-to-end integration of key enterprise and operational systems within GasCo’s business, enabling seamless digital workflows from contract origination to cargo scheduling and throughput delivery to Gencos. This role ensures that critical applications, including SAP B1, Gas Management System, ETRM, and enterprise data environments, are configured, governed, and optimized for reliable, secure, and scalable data flow across functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Systems Integration & Architecture

• Lead the selection and implementation of the ETRM system, serving as both Business Analyst and Project Manager during the initial setup and deployment phases.
• Facilitate the integration of data flows across the supply chain and key business functions, including upstream origination, contract management, cargo scheduling, downstream gas sales, and invoicing, ensuring seamless interoperability of different applications and data consistency across the company.
• Align system architecture with regulatory reporting needs and commercial operations.

Application Management & Enhancement

• Support implementation, customization, and lifecycle support of applications including SAP B1, gas management systems, ETRM, and internal data warehousing platforms.
• Drive system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and application roadmap planning.
• Support all enhancements and ongoing change requests related to the application's operational needs.

Data Governance & Infrastructure

• Establish and maintain strong data governance practices across all IT applications, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Support the implementation of data infrastructure, including data lakes and data pipelines to support real-time analytics, business intelligence, and risk reporting.

Application Security & Compliance

• Ensure all critical business applications adhere to secure development and operational best practices.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls, system segregation of duties, and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with commercial, regulatory, operations, and finance teams to gather user requirements, manage change requests, and ensure system alignment with business outcomes.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise applications and platforms, including SAP B1, Bloomberg Terminal/API integration, gas scheduling systems, data infrastructure platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake), and ETRM.
• Experience in cloud-based data infrastructure with a solid understanding of data architecture, integration, and governance principles.
• Experience in leading or supporting ETRM system selection and implementation, ideally as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Background in data engineering, ETL processes, and data analytics tools is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
• Understanding of LNG and gas contractual and operational processes (e.g., nomination, allocation, throughput), or experience in product control, risk management, or trade operations.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in managing enterprise applications, preferably in the gas or LNG sectors.
