Jobscope

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support key business functions, including marketing.
• Manage the daily operations of the IT department, including system administration, network management, and help desk support.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, with a focus on tools supporting marketing and business operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
• Partner to marketing department to assess technology needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting support and guide the team in adopting and navigating new systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT-related products and services.
• Oversee the IT budget and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role spanning both marketing and technology functions
• Proven track record in implementing and managing marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CMS, automation, analytics, DAM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technical knowledge of systems integration, data governance, and infrastructure, with both traditional and digital marketing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and align technology solutions with marketing and business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Experience with budget ownership, vendor evaluation and negotiation, and ROI-driven tech investments.
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital excellence.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and deploy new technologies that enhance customer experience, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.
