Job description

As the Risk Management and Security Lead, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing proactive backup plans. You will review these plans periodically to ensure they are aligned with risk mitigation tactics. Resolving issues from a long-term perspective will be a key part of your role, as you will bring various stakeholders together to discuss alternative processes and prevent the reoccurrence of problems.Understanding the drivers and constraints of execution in terms of time and resource allocation will be essential. You will review and prioritize activities across multiple areas in line with changing work requirements. Additionally, you will provide line management, leadership, and strategic direction for the function while liaising closely with other managers. Leading the preparation and authorization of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines in conjunction with the Security Committee will also be part of your responsibilities.Your duties will include performing security requirement analysis, highlighting risks, and recommending mitigation controls. You will formulate security policies, processes, and procedures, as well as be involved in strategy planning, cross-functional liaison, customer interfacing, service level measurement, risk management, service portfolio planning, technical audits, information security monitoring, budgeting, and resource planning. Reviewing IT security architecture, 3rd party vendor security assessment, and product evaluations will also fall under your purview.Moreover, you will lead the design and development of security architectures for different types of cloud and cloud/hybrid systems. Providing information security pre-engagement support will also be part of your role. The certifications required for this position include CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CompTIA Sec+, CISA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure, GCP certifications, AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate/Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), and Google Cloud - Associate/Professional.,
