Job description
The incumbent is responsible to:
Manage system setups that supports ground operational processes and changes.
Review test plans and conduct system testing for any enhancements or optimization.
Troubleshoot and/or evaluate issues in System(s) or work processes and through close collaboration with System support team to optimize use of, enhancement of System(s)
Data extraction for reporting and analysis
Work closely with stakeholders from other departments for system-related matters
Support the Department in adoption of National Systems (eg. NHIPS, BT) by collaborating closely with fellow team members within the department as well as stakeholders across the institutions and clusters to ensure a seamless transition and implementation
