Job description

We are a rapidly growing company in the field of e-commerce, well known in the wedding and party related industry, with a huge following on various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager will manage our Influencer strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content. You will be responsible for the development and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels.

You will also build-up and manage our growing Influencer team, optimizing and scaling our existing programs, work closely with our in-house Creative team to drive impact across all social channels, and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify talent partners based on company initiatives and project needs, taking a strategic, data-driven, and holistic view of influencer marketing encompassing nano, micro, macro influencers, content creators.
  • Continue to nurture our existing influencer community while looking to expand into new demographics and strengthen influencer relations by managing day-to-day communication with influencers via email, phone, text, etc.
  • Maintain talent relationships and create connections with new partners through mailings, giftings and outreach on brand initiatives, building close relationships that create alignment and transparency.
  • Exceed targets across revenue, engagement, messaging and follower growth, working closely with the social, communications and editorial teams.
  • Manage influencer marketing forecast, budget, and optimizations based on business needs.
  • Measure success of social media activations through KPIs and forecasting.
  • Develop and manage an Influencer calendar that we can leverage across all our social channels.
  • Stay on top of pop culture, social media, influencer trends, as well as emerging technologies and social media platforms and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience, preferably within Influencer Marketing, social media, or PR in the fashion industry.
  • An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships with and an eye for new upcoming talent.
  • Expert in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity.
  • PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel.
  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
