We are looking for a sociable and passionate candidate to join us in managing PRISM+’s extensive Influencer Marketing program. This role heavily involves interpersonal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of influencers and KOLs to ensure strong collaboration value and alignment with business goals.
- Own and manage the KOL database for internal tracking, relationship management, approval processes, and campaign progress follow-ups.
- Assist the Content Strategist with timeline and schedule management for KOL shoots, product placements, and other content initiatives.
- Create pitch decks, creative briefs, and content creation guides to align influencer content with brand objectives and tone.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with content creators and influencer partners.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, influencer activity, and platform updates to inform outreach and content strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a people person with 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, specifically for KOLs.
- Organized individual and able to deliver assigned tasks on time.
- Fluency in English is a must. Mastery in a second language such as Chinese or Malay is a plus.
- Ability to confidently negotiate deals and unequivocally represent the brand.
- Having a creative flair is a bonus.
