What you’ll do

Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and relevant projects to enhance the company’s presence in the local market and drive user acquisition and trading volume growth.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.
Oversee the implementation and performance of KOL marketing initiatives; track, analyze, and optimize results to maximize ROI and channel efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with local industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, and take appropriate actions accordingly.

What you’ll need

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Deep understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing within the industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Able to perform well under pressure with strong execution capabilities.
