Job summary

SRA EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a caring Infant/Toddler Care educator to support early development through interactive activities and family partnership.

You will document progress, implement age-appropriate activities, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure continuity of care and learning.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
• Experience documenting children's learning and development
• Ability to build respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers

Responsibilities

• Document children's learning and development.
• Apply strategies to build respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities in the infant care setting.
• Build rapport with colleagues in accordance with Centre's strategies and policies to foster positive workplace relations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to execute outreach activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvements.
• Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance to standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate behaviour aligned with the Centre's vision, mission and values.
