Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• At least 1 year of relevant infant care experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and document each infant’s development regularly.
• Identify and report developmental concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safety through supervision and adherence to health protocols.
• Carry out diapering, feeding, bathing, and nap routines in a respectful manner.
• Maintain up-to-date daily journals of each child’s routines.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities to support holistic development.
• Communicate with parents about routines and development; collaborate with team.
