Job summary

Busy Bees Asia is hiring passionate early childhood educators in Singapore to manage a classroom, deliver age-appropriate curricula and provide attentive daily care. You will guide children under your care, implement engaging learning experiences and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with centre staff and families, lead community programmes, and continually uplift teaching practices to deliver exceptional standards of education and care.

Qualifications

• At least a L1/EY2 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching.
• Strong communication skills - spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
• Highly motivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development, including identifying emerging trends to keep innovating.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships amongst centre staff and families we serve.
• Manage family and community programmes and contribute back to the community.
• Conduct routine caregiving and always look for improvements to deliver better quality and service.
• Uplift professional practice in promoting vision, mission and values and innovate to deliver high quality service standards.
