My Queen is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns during their stay. Responsibilities include infant bathing, feeding, and monitoring health, with a focus on safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes supporting mothers in breastfeeding, infection control, and postnatal care, while reporting concerns and promoting a safe environment. Two shifts weekly, including weekends and public holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Able to carry infants and stand for extended periods.
• Calm and patient in a caregiving environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to babies (clean, bathe, diaper changes) to maintain hygiene and comfort.
• Feed babies safely and monitor umbilical, oral, and eye areas.
