Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to provide attentive nursing and infant care within a premium postnatal confinement centre in Pasir Ris. You will support parents and guide Infant Care Specialists to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires a Diploma in Nursing, experience in maternity care preferred, and strong communication with families. It offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for training.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Nursing or relevant nursing qualification.
• Experience in maternity ward preferred.
• 1–2 years of infant care experience advantageous.
• Compassionate, responsible, and comfortable with newborns and parents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care and monitor infants’ health according to established protocols.
• Deliver compassionate care to infants and parents.
• Manage daily infant routines: feeding, diaper changes, bathing, hygiene, and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress or concerns to parents/guardians.
• Foster secure infant development through nurturing caregiving.
• Guide and support Infant Care Specialists to deliver coordinated care.
