Job summary

PAP Community Foundation is seeking an early years educator to plan and implement curriculum for infants and toddlers in a care setting in Singapore. You will document learning, foster responsive relationships, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role involves collaboration with colleagues to engage families and community partners, contribute to program improvement, and support caregiving activities under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: HCIC or ACEY and other qualifications as required by ECDA (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes for infants and toddlers.
• Build and maintain developmentally appropriate learning environments.
• Document children's learning and development progress.
• Foster respectful, responsive relationships with young children.
• Apply health, safety, nutrition and hygiene practices per standards.
• Support routine caregiving activities in infant care settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute outreach and family engagement activities.
• Evaluate and contribute to improvements in family and community initiatives.

Education

Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
