Job summary

KEY TRUST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an educarer to care for infants aged 2 months to 17 months, contributing to centre programs and events. Work in a supportive team to deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate activities and timely parent updates.

You will join a team with responsibilities including curriculum planning, routine care, and collaboration to create a safe and joyful learning environment, supported by provided lesson plans and a strong 1:3 caregiver-to-infant ratio.

Qualifications

Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), HCIC or ACEY EY1/EY2.
Candidates undergoing HCIC/ACEY welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a passion for caring for infants and toddlers.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Curriculum planning and execution of engaging activities in a Respectful, Responsive and Reciprocal manner.
Create a nurturing environment that is safe, joyful and conducive for learning as well as ensure the delivery of age-appropriate activities and lessons according to their developmental milestones.
