Job summary

SMALL WONDER PRESCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking passionate Infant Care Teachers in Singapore to nurture infants with our care programme and routines.

You will plan and implement curriculum for infants, build strong relationships with families and staff, and contribute to community initiatives while delivering high quality care. Applicants should have the EY1 or EY2 certification or an equivalent qualification, be proficient in Word, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years or equivalent.
• Must be EY1 or EY2 certified.
• Not required to have teaching experience but motivated, energetic and passionate about infants and toddlers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for infants, including developing learning materials.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships with centre staff and families.
• Manage family and community programmes as part of community involvement.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to deliver higher quality service.
• Uplift professional practice to align with vision, mission and values.
