Qualifications

• Industry and ASEAN expertise: Strong understanding of relevant industry business models, operating processes, and regulatory considerations, with experience navigating diverse ASEAN markets.
• Industry trends and disruptions: Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies, changing customer expectations, regulatory shifts, and disruptive business models—and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Enterprise transformation: A track record of guiding large-scale Industry themed transformation across business lines.
• C-level relationships and commercial impact: A track record of developing sustained, trusted relationships with C-level leaders at key customers in ASEAN, influencing technology investment decisions, and building business cases tied to measurable outcomes.
• AI passion and hands-on expertise: Demonstrated passion for AI through continuous learning, experimentation, and practical application, with deep expertise in at least one relevant area and a track record of personally building demos and prototypes for customer use cases.

Responsibilities

• Shape and champion the industry technology point of view: Develop and promote Salesforce’s technology point of view for the industry with original perspectives, published content, and executive presentations.
• Represent Salesforce as an industry technology expert: Speak at industry events, forums, executive roundtables, and customer presentations, turning perspectives into reusable assets and mentoring technical teams.
• Develop trusted C-level customer relationships: Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level leaders at key ASEAN customers, advising on investment, enterprise architecture, and transformation.
• Support strategic growth: Partner with sales and solution engineering on major opportunities, business cases, and executive engagement.
• Represent ASEAN customers in product development: Translate regional needs into prioritized recommendations shaping roadmaps.
• Build Salesforce solutions, demos, prototypes: Deeply engage with Salesforce technology to build industry solutions, demos, and AI prototypes.
• Apply competitive insight: Monitor competitive landscape to inform positioning and differentiation strategies.
