Industrialization & Process Innovation (IPI) Engineer (Dry Blend Technology)

The Position:
Lead New Product Development (NPD): Spearhead the journey from initial concept to successful scale-up and first production, ensuring seamless integration into our Singapore operations.
Process Optimization: Utilize your expertise to enhance profitability through continuous improvement initiatives and by providing accurate mixing instructions to production teams.
Quality Assurance: Take charge of investigating quality deviations, customer complaints, and manufacturing discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Safety and Training: Promote product and process safety awareness among production operators and develop comprehensive working instructions to facilitate training.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Reaction, Spray Dryer and Dry Blending Technologies, leading troubleshooting activities and ensuring best-in-class First Time Right (FTR) production standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital link between Research and Technology (R&T), Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and external partners to drive various initiatives.
Innovation and Validation: Execute qualification and validation of new processes and equipment, contributing to the advancement of our technological capabilities.
The Candidate:
Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Food Science / Food Technology / Pharmaceutical or related fields
3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Strong ability to work well in a team and independently
