Responsibilities
Manufacturing Solution Implementation:
  • Design site-specific implementation scenarios
  • Prepare engineering requirements, business cases, and CAPEX budgets
  • Collaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioning
Process Parameters & Line Qualification:
  • Lead process parameter setup, line integration, and validation
  • Conduct initial qualification and gap analysis, updating as necessary
  • Support ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operations
Equipment & Process Design:
  • Assess manufacturing options, perform gap and risk analyses, and develop equipment specifications
  • Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase orders
  • Continuously review designs to ensure flawless project execution
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering within regulated industrial sectors such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in overmolding processes and equipment design
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
