Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, Aerospace or MRO
• Similar repair capability set up experience (good to have)
• Able to perform under pressure and work with tight timeline.

Responsibilities

• Repair Capability Setup & Industrial Engineering: establish and maintain repair capabilities including review of maintenance documentation and validation of test benches and tooling.
• Maintenance Documentation Review & Validation: ensure procedures and tooling meet requirements.
• Test Bench & Tooling Validation: verify and validate test benches, tools, and equipment for repair activities.
• Consumables Verification: review chemicals and materials and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Repair Capability Submission: prepare and coordinate submissions with required documents and equipment.
• Central Engineering Coordination: work with Central Engineering to resolve discrepancies in documentation and tooling.
• Maintenance Document Modification: update documents based on requirements and feedback.
• Quality Documentation & Submission: prepare technical documentation for Quality review and approval.
• Procurement of Tools & Consumables: identify needs and coordinate purchases for repair capabilities.
• Discrepancy Resolution: investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reviews.
• Repair & Maintenance Support: provide ongoing engineering support for repair activities.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve repair processes and materials management.
