We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Industrial Engineering & Planning diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for achieving operation targets to meet company objectives through:

  • Capacity: Support equipment capacity improvement/verification.
  • Productivity: Support equipment productivity improvement.
  • Cost: Support cost management & people productivity activities.

What you will be working on:

  • Capacity check (demand/wafer start alignment) & equipment performance reporting.
  • Fab layout expansion plan & coordinate layout change activities.
  • Ensure timely equipment installation/release for production to meet operation’s needs.
  • Identify/Initiate/Track process equipment productivity improvement activities.
  • Update/maintain equipment capacity/productivity/cost database for capacity planning, productivity indices and cost tracking.
  • CapEx planning/tracking/reporting to meet company objectives.
  • Weekly new part ID standard costing and execution.
  • Operations cost tracking/reporting.
  • People productivity support/coordination (thru automation/workflow simplification).
  • Records update & management.

More About You:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
  • 1-3 years’ experience in IE & Planning in front-end semiconductor Mfg. environment.
  • Fresh graduates with keen interest to develop a career in semiconductor Mfg. environment are welcome to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with semiconductor related field of study will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication process, equipment configurations, layout planning, capacity computations & WPH, as well as semiconductor process flow.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, VBA and SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Strong team player, detail-oriented and systematic approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Positive learning attitude.
  • Able to take pressure under time-constrained situations.
