Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an intern to support Capacity Engineering digitization. You will help automate the CWCM Input Lifecycle Platform, manage documents, and drive process governance while learning from experienced mentors in a fast-paced semiconductor setting.

You'll build dashboards with Power BI/Power Automate, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to SOPs and knowledge bases that ensure sustainable solutions for the Capacity team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and able to commit to 40 hours/week during the internship.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with data analysis, formulas and basic dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, VBA, SQL) and data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, and deployment of the CWCM Input Lifecycle Platform including intake, docs, workflow visibility and governance.
• Analyze Capacity Engineering workflows to identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Develop practical digital solutions using Power Platform tools to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Assist with AI-enabled workflow concepts and structured follow-up actions for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards, SOPs, and knowledge repositories to improve visibility and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and support adoption of new digital workflows.
