Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an IT/OT security Architect to define multi-year roadmaps, standards, and reference patterns across global plants and labs. The role focuses on bridging enterprise IT, cloud, and smart factory robotics within industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will architect and drive the target-state cybersecurity roadmap, establish robust OT security baselines, and lead threat modeling and cyber resilience initiatives across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as a technical authority leading security architecture across distributed plant and corporate environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the target-state cybersecurity roadmap across global enterprise IT networks, automated production lines, and industrial ecosystems.
• Establish robust network zoning, industrial DMZs, and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Lead threat modeling, attack surface reduction, and cyber resilience initiatives against ransomware and supply-chain compromises.

Architect and drive the target-state cybersecurity roadmap across global enterprise IT networks, automated production lines, and industrial ecosystems.

Establish robust network zoning, industrial DMZs, and micro‑segmentation strategies structured around multi-tier industrial reference architectures.

Lead threat modeling, attack surface reduction, and cyber resilience initiatives against ransomware, unauthorized process disruption, and supply‑chain compromises.

Define technical security baselines across hybrid cloud environments, container orchestration, hypervisors, server infrastructure, and enterprise databases.

Formulate device lifecycle governance, public key infrastructure (PKI), and secure onboarding frameworks for industrial IoT (IIoT) sensors and edge devices.

Serve as the principal technical escalation authority for critical security incidents and design pragmatic compensating controls for legacy operational hardware.
