Job summary

Evonik (SEA) Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned AI/ML consultant to drive production deployments and data-driven optimization across industrial operations in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end AI projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.

You bring several years of technical consulting, hands-on ML/LLM expertise, cloud skills (Azure), and a collaborative, intercultural mindset to thrive in a global company.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in technical consulting and AI-enabled workflows in operations.
• Proven ability to deploy data- and AI-driven solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of ML/LLM models and cloud architectures.
• Solid Python skills and Azure experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code is advantageous.
• Excellent communication in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments.

Responsibilities

• AI deployment: develop and transition AI solutions to production in manufacturing.
• Data analysis: perform model-driven analyses to identify optimization potential.
• Project ownership: end-to-end responsibility from problem to integration.
• R&D: advance existing solutions and design new methods and technologies.
• Coaching: enable colleagues in AI applications and practices.
• Project management: plan and run projects with external partners.
• Consulting: advise clients and develop reporting standards and tools.
