Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Cleaning Solutions Provider
  • Position Title: Indoor Tele-Sale Executive
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9.30AM – 6.00PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,000 - $3,500 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, create new leads, and close sales.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, and convert leads into sales.
  • Learn and keep up to date with product or service information to communicate clearly with customers.
  • Deliver clear and convincing sales pitches, explaining the benefits and features of our products or services.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales information in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
