Responsibilities

• Prepare tender costing, including bills of quantities based on tender documents and drawings required.
• Prepare design proposals based on tender documents.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for both conventional electrical works and IoT components.
• Interpret architectural and M&E drawings, including smart layouts and device schematics.
