Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Cold Calling & Market Research: Identify potential customers and gather relevant business information.

· Opportunity Development: Assist in discovering new business opportunities and gathering customer requirements.

· Sales Activity Support: Help prepare sales materials, follow up on customer inquiries, and support day-to-day sales activities.

· Invoice and Payment Follow-Up: Work with the billing team to confirm invoice receipt and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Meeting Coordination: Reach out to prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.

· Event Participation: Assist during logistics-related events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years of related working experience, preferably in Global Logistics Company

· Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach.

· Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and billing functions will be added advantage

· Proficient in English communication skills

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.

· Proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent follow-up capabilities.

Workplace Location:

30 Pasir Panjang Road #07-32 Mapletree Business City Singapore 117440.

Working Hours:

8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
