Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Servicing of existing and new customers
  • Manage and coordinate tender submission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle new customer enquiries and converting leads to business opportunities
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining quotation, filing, printing, and preparation of customer visit marketing material and sample
  • Sample preparation
  • Identify and develop growth potential business from both new and existing clients
  • Resolve daily service level issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Data analysis & sales report
  • Maintain records of competitor activities and industry insights as assigned.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics against ROI goals, making recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Update and maintain product catalogues regularly
  • Promote new products to clients and generate business opportunities through product innovation
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior (including outdoor marketing activities)

Job Requirements: -

  • Diploma or equivalent experiences
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Organized with logical thinking and self-driven approach
  • Proactive with hands-on attitude and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Able to work under pressure while managing multiples tasks
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in creative design software is an advantage

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
