Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in the heavy vehicle spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in our fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• - Handle telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
• - Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records
• - Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of heavy vehicle spare parts
• - Arrange shipping for overseas customers, when necessary
• - Follow-up on quotations sent
• - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• - Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• - Excellent organizational and communication skills
• - Computer literate
• - Able to multi-task, work independently, self-driven and willing to learn
• - Knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts industry is advantageous
• - 5.5-day work week

Working Location:

Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT.
