Job description

We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will provide internal support to our Sales Team, ensuring smooth operation

and exceptional customer service.

Candidate without experience, but are keen to learn and grow with our organization are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, diligently following up on sales inquiries, and processing sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers as required,ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer feedback.
  • Maintain and update databases and activity reports on a weekly basis or as directed by the immediate supervisor, guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Coordinate the Sales Team's activities by managing schedules, organizing documents, and disseminating relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with the immediate supervisor and Sales Team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • 'O" Level/'A' Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin, is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment through collaborative efforts.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
