Job description

• Working Days: 5.5 days (Saturday WFH)

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 12.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling to generate new leads and support business development initiatives.

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.

• Assist the sales team in updating and maintaining customer records using the CRM system.

• Follow up on pending quotations, actively working to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Maintain and organize sales reports and documentation for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Support marketing activities, including sales campaigns, email communications, and event coordination.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of logistics services (e.g. freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing)

• Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding

• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, logistics documentation, freight forwarding software or CRM system is an advantage.
