Indoor Sales Admin

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Indoor Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at Elite Springs Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in our Bukit Batok Central West Region office, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, customer inquiries, and data entry.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Assisting with sales reporting and analysis.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Performing other administrative duties as required to support the sales function.
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 8.30am to 1pm (Saturday - Can be alternate Saturday after familiarization).
