Job description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our team and lead the preparation of authentic Indian dishes. You should have a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, with a flair for traditional and modern cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes (Indian Prata, Samosa, Vadai etc.)
• Develop new recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards
• Oversee kitchen inventory and manage food costs efficiently
• Work with the service team to ensure timely delivery of dishes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef (min. 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, regional ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Food Hygiene certification is a plus
