Job summary

Meta Singapore is seeking a motivated incident response professional to join the Legal team. You will evaluate threats, review emergency escalations, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners including law enforcement to safeguard users.

The role involves handling sensitive content, including potentially graphic material, and requires weekend rotations. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in time-critical investigative roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of investigative or analytical experience involving time-critical escalations and real-world harm.
• Experience independently managing workflows, prioritizing tasks with limited oversight.
• Proven ability to analyze information to assess threats and risks.
• Proven ability to make important decisions independently and prioritize competing demands in complex environments.
• Experience communicating clearly in writing and verbally with diverse stakeholders including law enforcement.
• Experience with social media, analytical tools, and online research.

Responsibilities

• Bring operational excellence to a team evaluating threats, risks, and user privacy during time-critical escalations.
• Review and assess inbound emergency escalations.
• Make immediate decisions and coordinate with internal and external partners including law enforcement to ensure user safety.
• Handle potentially graphic or objectionable content and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Create and articulate responses to questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve policies and processes across teams.
• Be available to work weekend days on a rotational basis or a fixed Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu schedule.
