A leading company in diagnostics seeks an Application Specialist to manage customer inquiries, provide training, and support product use. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and substantial experience in clinical chemistry and diagnostics, ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic international team. As an Application Specialist, you will thrive in a collaborative environment with an international expert team. Your role includes resolving application issues for our Vitro Diagnostic Reagents and Instruments, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication. You will advise customers and distributors on product use, identify improvement opportunities, and work closely with the Regional Sales Director to drive sales growth, collaborating with our global service team.
Responsibilities:
Promptly accept, answer, and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints via email and telephone, documenting interactions in our CRM database.
Communication must be documented, and necessary activities must be carried out within the framework of the current DIN ISO 13485 standard.
Plan, conduct, or participate in training events for customers to enhance their understanding and use of our products.
Professional assessment and support in the improvement of the sales and service organization of our customers (distributors).
Maintain close communication with your supervisor, colleagues and collaborate regularly with the service department in Wiesbaden.
Provide distinct customer and service orientation, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Demonstrate proactiveness and innovation in addressing customer needs and application challenges.
Exhibit strong communication skills and assertiveness in all interactions.
Maintain a cost-conscious and yield-oriented approach in your role.
Regularly report to the Regional Sales Director and the Head of Service International.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma with 7years of experience with good laboratory practice and clinical-analytical questions in clinical chemistry, coagulation, and hematology.
Extensive application knowledge of In-Vitro Diagnostic products (reagents and devices).
Proven ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured work method.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally worldwide, up to 75% of the time.
