Vision-Driven Videographer for Conscious Business

We are looking for a vision-driven In-House Videographer & Video Editor who will play a key role in bringing SACRED’s stories and teachings to life. This is not a typical “service provider” role — we’re seeking someone who wants to be part of our core team, who deeply connects with SACRED’s mission, and who is always thinking about how to amplify our message through powerful visual content.

You will be responsible for the entire video production process — from concept development to film production, editing, subtitling, adding effects, and optimising videos for multiple platforms. Your work will support content for social media, online courses, and our personal brands (Kavitha and Kester).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content aligned with SACRED’s brand voice and vision.
• Develop creative and impactful ideas for social media reels, ads, long-form content, and online courses.
• Handle end-to-end filming, lighting, sound, and direction for shoots.
• Create run sheets and production plans for both social media and course content.
• Edit videos with high-quality transitions, sound, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Format and crop content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects SACRED’s brand.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media and online learning video content.
• Continuously explore new techniques and ideas to make SACRED’s content more engaging and impactful.

Candidate Qualities:

• Purpose-driven, passionate about SACRED’s mission.
• Strong portfolio that shows storytelling, editing and creative skills.
• Experience in conceptualizing, filming, and editing for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with online course production is a plus.
• English writing and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic to work as part of a conscious team and business, where members take responsibility for looking into their own shadows (unconscious behavioral patterns), and take responsibility for their own healing and growth.
• Based in Singapore.
• Willingness to complete a test task as part of the application process.
