Job Description

  • End-to-end recruitment from gathering stakeholders' expectations to the offer stage.
  • Search, identify and hire suitable talents from various sources and campaigns to meet business requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Stakeholder management and meetings are needed to understand business requirements and provide visible planning and solutions to meet hiring timelines.
  • Manage the sourcing process in the identification and assessment of external and internal talents
  • Pro-active sourcing and screening of quality candidates, managed end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, identify the right talents based on hiring manager’s requirements
  • Close follow up on hiring managers and candidates' feedback to improve sourcing and ensure positive engagement and experiences

What you need to have:

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing/ engineering recruitment experience.
  • Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Team player, resourceful and self-motivated
