We are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to join our passionate team. Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and execute captivating social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter; develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement; monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search rankings; conduct keyword research and analysis for targeted SEO campaigns.
- Google Ads Management: Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives; collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- E-commerce Marketplace Expertise: Demonstrate interest or experience in managing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee; optimize product listings and execute marketing strategies tailored to these platforms.
- Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Bring a creative and innovative approach to marketing campaigns; explore unconventional ideas to differentiate our brand in the digital space.
- Graphic Design and Creative Content: Able to create graphic design and artwork for advertisement posting; responsible for video and photography content, including photoshoots and video content for graphic content.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals; foster a positive team environment and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing or similar field, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO/SEM, and Google Tools.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
- Interest or experience in the health or beauty industry (preferred).
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to act quickly and meticulously.

5 days a week, 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
