BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites a senior PR and communications leader to steer in-house strategies, corporate storytelling, executive positioning and crisis management, directing retainer agencies and partner ecosystems.

You will lead external PR, media and creative agencies to plan multi-channel communications aligned with brand priorities, leverage regional media networks, and protect the corporate reputation across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ years & above experience in PR, communications &/or media strategy with proven background in a media/PR agency handling fast-paced, multi-stakeholder accounts & partnering with public sector/government entities.
• Strong established relationships with local/regional media outlets and proven expertise in story pitching, earned/paid strategy and crisis management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse media networks and stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external PR, media and creative agencies to plan and execute multi-channel communications strategies aligned with commercial and brand priorities.
• Leverage deep local to international/regional media networks to proactively pitch compelling narratives across lifestyle, entertainment, tradenand corporate press.
• Act as an internal account director for C-suite leaders - pitching executive thought leadership, securing speaking slots and driving award submissions to build brand authority.
• Direct proactive and reactive crisis response frameworks to safeguard corporate reputation and preserve brand equity across all channels.
• Partner with government agencies, tourism related authorities and corporate sponsors to ensure aligned messaging across public-facing touchpoints.
• Establish communications measurement frameworks and media performance metrics to evaluate agency output, coverage sentiment and business impact.
