East Singapore | Structured Training Environment | Long-Term Career Development

Are you passionate about shaping learning experiences and driving skills development in a high-tech environment? Join a reputable aerospace organization in East Singapore as a Technical Training Specialist, where you’ll champion learning excellence through hands-on training, modern instructional tools, and impactful digital solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Internal Training Leadership: Deliver technical and regulatory-related training to ensure teams stay compliant, skilled, and audit-ready.
  • Curriculum Development: Improve training systems and content to meet current compliance and market trends, ensuring relevancy and alignment with industry standards.
  • OJT Blueprint Development: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and machine OEMs to design effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints tailored for equipment and operational tasks.
  • Program Oversight: Implement, manage, and evaluate OJT programs for both new hires and current employees, ensuring line mentors utilize materials effectively.
  • Training Operations: Maintain accurate digital records, update training documentation, and manage employee Skill Matrices in coordination with Operations.
  • Assessment & Certification: Conduct competency assessments, issue certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure knowledge retention and real-world application.
  • Digital Learning Innovation: Create engaging e-learning content using video, animations, and other multimedia formats to support hybrid learning environments.
  • Operational Excellence Support: Contribute to the digital transformation of training excellence with integrated, tech-enabled systems.
  • Grant & Compliance Coordination: Support documentation and administrative needs for government training grants and internal audit processes.
Who You Are:
  • Degree holder in an engineering discipline.
  • Prior experience in technical or compliance-based training delivery is preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and implement on-the-job training (OJT) blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills — written, spoken, and active listening.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with patience and adaptability to accommodate various learning styles.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a dynamic operations setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Bonus Points For Candidates With:
  • ACTA / ACLP / Train-the-Trainer certification.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms or survey tools.
  • Prior exposure to digitization projects in training environments.
